Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that your order reaches you promptly. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays from our carriers.
Please note, in some instances, customs agents may delay the delivery of certain packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival, and can be made by credit card or cash on delivery. If customs charges are not paid, the order will be returned to Aura.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund provided the return complies with our return policy. To initiate a refund, please return the item to us according to the instructions outlined in our Return Policy.
Return Policy
If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned and received to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Sale items are not eligible for return and shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. If the purchase included a free promotional item, you must return both the purchased item and the promotional item together in order to qualify for a refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aurasensorial.com to receive a return authorization. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund for the purchase price. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.

Damaged Items:
Upon receiving your order, please examine the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. While some wear on the shipping carton is expected, if you notice damage to the items inside, please keep the box, packing materials, and damaged items, and reach out to us immediately for assistance by emailing support@aurasensorial.com.
