Proper Diffuser Placement: Ensure the diffuser remains upright at all times when filled with oil. Tilting or placing it on its side may lead to oil leakage, which could damage nearby surfaces or the machine itself. HVAC Compatibility Requirements: To ensure optimal performance, the following conditions must be met:

• Supply Air Duct Placement – The diffuser should be installed near the supply air duct that distributes airflow to the desired areas.
• Electrical Access – A nearby power outlet is required to power the diffuser. If one isn’t available, consider using an extension cord rated for HVAC applications.
• Tubing Installation – The scent diffusion tube must be inserted 3-4 inches inside the air duct and securely fastened to prevent displacement.
• Duct System Considerations – The HVAC system should be well-sealed to prevent fragrance loss and ensure even scent distribution.

Proper Ventilation: Install the diffuser in a well-ventilated space with at least 2-3 feet of clearance in front to ensure proper airflow and fragrance dispersion. Avoid placing objects directly in front of the unit to prevent obstruction. Avoid Blockage: Ensure the air intake and exhaust are not blocked during operation to prevent overheating. Avoid Overfilling: Do not overfill the scent reservoir. Overfilling can cause leakage, potentially leading to malfunctions or damage. Use Approved Oils Only: Use only fragrance oils that are recommended by Aura. 1. Place the magnetic fob key over the lock icon to release the atomizer head.
2. Remove the atomizer head by pulling up with the attached 800 ml oil bottle.
3. Unscrew the bottle clockwise to detach it from the atomizer head.
4. Fill the bottle with your Aura oil.
5. Screw the bottle back counterclockwise into the atomizer head.
6. Secure the atomizer head and bottle back into the diffuser.
7. Remove the magnetic fob key off the diffuser and ensure the atomizer head is stable and can’t be removed.
8. Connect the power adapter to the side of the diffuser.
9. Plug the diffuser into any electrical outlet. Avoid placing objects directly in front of the unit that could obstruct airflow. Press the Power icon on the display screen to turn on the diffuser. Same icon will turn off the diffuser.
10. Use the Smart Bluetooth App to adjust the default settings to your specific needs.
11. For HVAC installation, review the user manual and/or seek help for professional installation.
